Cookie of the month: Month 8

For the month of February, our little baker made heart-shaped sugar cookies. Making these cookies involved three separate rounds of kitchen time: first to make the dough, then to roll, cut, and bake, and finally to decorate. It was a busy two day bake-athon, and the results were scrumptious.

What happened to January?

Where did January go? What did we do? I have no idea save what was recorded in pictures. 

So, we visited the Brooklyn Children's Museum with the Williams family, 

Elizabeth enjoyed a snowy day, 

Henry "experienced" more than "enjoyed" the snow

He didn't like flakes on his lashes.

 Henry worked on his thank you cards,

 I started working again, with two eager assistants at my feet,

 and we checked out the playroom at the restaurant down the street.

I apologize for the lack of videos. We have taken many videos of the kids but they aren't playing properly on our computer. We will work out this bug so we can share them with you.
