This month for the kids' grandpas we made the favorite cookie of Aunt Breanna: The Lemon Bar.
We love lemon bars. The
wonderful tangy flavor. The creamy, silky filling. The tender, buttery
shortbread crust that stays crusty ... and even browns up a bit at the edges!
The kids had a great time making these classic treats. They were in a great mood as they had just seen 'The Incredibles' for the first time. And, as you can tell, they donned masks to make the experience a little more ... incredible.
