A snowy start to February, part II

It was supposed to be our trip to find snow. But snow (ie, Winter Storm Nemo) found us. We were hiding out in a small cabin in the Poconos last weekend, a cabin that we booked after deciding a few weeks ago that our our relatively snowless winter was disappointing and that the kids deserved a snowy weekend of tubing and hot cocoa. We kept the cabin, even though we could have tubed in our neighborhood, and had a great time. Here is proof:

When we reached the bottom, E turned around, crying, with so much snow in her face that her eyes were completely covered. I felt so bad for her, but god it was funny.

Awesome that you got a shot from the top of that super high sleding hill. Your readers should know that that sleding hill was so high that there was a chair lift to get to the top (not running when we were there). J&E hiked up. It seemed an amazing sled down for Justin and Elizabeth despite the powder kicked up and deposited on poor Elizabeth's face.

It was great fun and thanks Justin for more tolerable pictures of me than I have had recently.
